Lasagna




Ingredients:
a box of lasagna noodles
2 jars of tomato sauce
1 large container of cottage cheese
1 pound of ground beef or italian sausage
2 bags of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
1. Cook the meat in a skillet.
2. Spread a layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
3. Put the noodles down going long ways.
4. Spread a layer of cottage cheese over the noodles.
5. Put a layer of meat next, then put tomato sauce over that.
6. Sprinkle the cheese next.
7. Repeat layers except this time the noodles go short ways.
8. The last layer is noodles going long ways, then sauce and cheese only.
9. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until the noodles are soft.
